Meet the owners, Kevin and Maggie, who pour their hearts and souls into Milagro. Veterans of the fine dining and hospitality industries, they use local seafood and produce in recipes they've spent years perfecting. These delicious flavors, combined with warm and attentive service, provide an unforgettable experience for their guests.

What made you decide to open a restaurant in the Florida Keys?
After Hurricane Irma ravaged the Florida Keys in 2017, we saw an opportunity to bring hope and joy to a community that was in desperate need of it. We left our corporate careers and put our hearts and souls into creating an establishment that is upscale, yet humble and approachable.

What did the name "Milagro" come from?
Un Milagro means "miracle" in Spanish. It has a special meaning to us on many different levels and represents who we are and what our core values are. As shown in our logo, Milagro is the heart and center of everything we do. Our guests will see that passion in our food, cocktails, and service. Because Milagro = daily little miracles!

What makes Milagro's menu and service stand out from other restaurants in Key West?
We are committed to using local, fresh, quality ingredients to create inventive island cuisine and cocktails with a Latin flair. Most everything is made from scratch to amplify these flavors. This attention to our menu and quality service is the pillar of our restaurant.

Why did you move the Milagro Restaurant and Bar to Key West, in particular?
In early 2021, an old friend asked us if we would be interested in opening a Key West restaurant. The location, just two blocks from the famous Southernmost Point of the continental USA, was a dream, and there was no way we could turn that down! Since then, we have moved into our 3rd and final home at 821 Duval St.
